Adreanna is a fierce advocate for unions and workers.
Adreanna believes workers and their unions deserve the same caliber of representation big employers can buy from large corporate firms. By pairing detailed preparation with a client-centered strategy, Adreanna works to deliver successful results for her clients and brings that same rigor to every matter she handles.
Adreanna represents local and national unions in arbitration, litigation, and proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies including the NLRB, FLRA, and PERB. She also advises and assists unions in handling contract negotiations, internal union governance, filing unfair labor practice charges, and defending duty of fair representation cases. Adreanna works with clients across private, public, and federal sectors in a variety of industries to protect the rights and benefits of all employees. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and serves as a dependable advisor that crafts effective solutions built around them.
