Our main area of legal expertise is labor and employment law. We negotiate collective bargaining agreements, litigate unfair labor practices before federal and state agencies, defend duty of fair representation charges, bring impact litigation in federal or state court, arbitrate, enforce wage and hour claims, litigate EEO and discrimination cases, address compliance and investigation matters, and advise on union governance. But we also offer general legal counseling and regularly advise clients on the general business matters necessary to run active influential organizations. For specialized legal areas beyond our expertise, we have relationships with exceptional lawyers who we collaborate with on a case-by-case basis to make sure clients have the comprehensive legal coverage of a large firm at small firm rates.
