Jason R. Veny

Partner

Jason is a seasoned collective bargaining and arbitration advocate.

Jason brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to collective bargaining, arbitration, and litigation.  His goal is to help clients navigate complex labor-management challenges, resolve disputes effectively, and achieve their organizational objectives.

Jason has honed a practice focusing on collective bargaining, labor arbitration, and labor-management relations across the private, public, and federal sectors. Clients seek him out for his negotiation and arbitration experience, and he frequently serves as chief spokesperson in negotiations and advises clients on bargaining strategy, internal governance, and day-to-day labor relations.  Jason understands the concerns on both sides of the negotiating table and has successfully negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements and resolved complex representation and arbitration matters across a range of industries.

He is a seasoned advocate in grievance and interest arbitrations and in complex disputes before the NLRB, state agencies, and federal courts.  Jason is also an experienced law professor and educator who helps students and workers discover the art of negotiations and arbitration.

About Jason

When he is not advocating for workers or teaching the next generation of labor lawyers, Jason is an avid runner who regularly competes in half marathons. He finds that long-distance running keeps him focused and helps him maintain his energy for his challenging schedule.
